Arthur Great Pyrenees Adult Male for sale in Chattanooga, Tennessee

My story
Arthur dreams of a home with a soft bed that's his alone without dozens of dogs barking around him. He dreams of a family of grown-up people who love big dogs like him and who would love him alone. His dream family would open their hearts and home to him, would know how to set boundaries with kindness, would give him lots of exercise, and would teach him to be a great member of the family. He would love them back forever and ever.If you are the right people to make his dreams come true, this is what we know about him:--Arthur is an XXL guy. He looks to us like a Great Pyrenees-Retriever mix. And he's a young-un, not quite 1-1/2 years. He knows Sit and Down. Manners are still being worked on. He loves treats. An Easy Walk or Freedom Harness can help him be less "pully." He's a strong boy. --He is affectionate and playful. Maybe more than treats, Arthur loves to chase and run with tennis balls. He loves to splash and play in kiddie pools. And he loves to put balls into kiddie pools and "dive" afterthem.--He is quiet in his kennel and seems sad. Once outside, Arthur can become rowdy with the other shelter dogs, but he's being worked with to become calmer. Like almost all dogs in a shelter, he's happiest away from there. It's not a home.If you are the right people to make his dreams come true, this is what he needs:--Arthur needs to be the only pet in the home. He needs adults or older teens in the family. His size and young age may be scary to younger kids. He needs daily exercise. He needs air conditioning in the summer, a kiddie pool and heat in the winter.--He needs an active, experienced dog owner with a firmhand and lots of love to give this big dog. Oh yeah, he needs a great big soft bed, too, please. If you are the right people to make his dreams come true, Arthur will give his whole heart and being to make you happy.
